Handmade shoes often remind us of a different time, a time when men and women alike would work together with a shoemaker to create the perfect pair of shoes for everyday life as well as special occasions, when shoes weren’t mass produced, but made by hand.
For a limited time,
Qüero Shoes
is bringing back this tradition in a New York City Pop-Up. Located at 485 Madison Avenue between 51st and 52nd street and open now through Wednesday, January 15, 2020, from 10 AM to 6 PM on weekdays and 12-5 PM on weekends, Qüero Shoes is brings handcrafted shoes made one-by-one in Spain as well as custom shoes with 40 materials to choose from including 13 leather colors, 12 suedes and 6 patterned leathers. All in all, a dream come true for any shoe lover out there.
The idea of creating this brand came during a trip to Madrid, when the owners discovered a newly established shoe business offering high quality handmade shoes. The idea appealed to them so much that they decided to create Qüero Shoes, a brand focused on one simple credo: offer high quality shoes at an affordable price and treat customers like family.
